The main hypothesis focuses on the ability of literature teachers to understand the difficulties of a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD] in junior high school (as presented in the film Ben X). The paper presents school and instructional integration in secondary education with the methodology of observation for special educational needs [SENs] in autism. For this purpose, the pedagogical tool Targeted, Individual, Structured, Integrated Intervention Program of Special Education and Training [TISIPfSEN] is used, with an emphasis on the schools weekly timetable. According to the findings, hetero-observations and the teachers informal pedagogical assessment contribute to the definition of teaching priorities for the student in terms of time spent on the computer and cooperation with classmates.

This is a quantitative study that aimed at investigating the extent to which Moroccan adolescent students are addicted to social media platforms. Kimberly Young’s Internet Addiction Test was adopted and adjusted to serve the objective of this study. The sample consisted of 200 Moroccan adolescent students from the region of Meknes. The results highlighted that Facebook is the most frequently used social media site among participants, while twitter is the least. Furthermore, when they go online, they prefer to communicate with family and friends, entertain themselves, and read about social issues. To add, the findings revealed that only 11% of participants are severely addicted to social media, 24 % are MILD or average social media users, and 61 % were reported to be moderately addicted. On the other hand, the test showed that 3.5 % of participants are not social media addicts. Finally, a statistically significant difference was proven among students in terms of their social media addiction level based on their educational stream. In the same vein, no statistically significant difference was revealed based on gender.

The research has done on purpose to help determining the influence of credit risk management toward financial presentation in Indonesian banking from 2017 to 2021. CAR, NPLR, LDR, NIM, and Bank Size ratios are used to measure credit risk, while ROA and also ROE ratios tend to be applied in order to help assess financial performance. The research technique and data used in this research are quantitative descriptive, including secondary data contained in the financial reports of 33 Indonesian banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021 that satisfied the sampling criteria. This rstudy findings are shown that credit risk management (as measured by CAR) has no intermediate impact on ROA and ROE, NPLR gives such a negative and also significant influence toward financial performance as assesed by ROA and ROE, LDR has no impact on financial presentation as assesed by ROA and ROE, NIM gives no influence toward financial performance as calculated by ROA and ROE, and also Bank Size (BS) gives such a positive and also significant unfluence toward financial presentation as assesed by ROA and ROE.

This study aims to analyze the role of consumer engagement in mediating the influence of social media marketing on electronic word of mouth. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a total of 14 statement items. The number of samples studied was 230 respondents, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample selected based on predetermined criteria. Respondent criteria in this study were individuals who actively use social media and follow a brand on social media. The data analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study found that social media marketing had a positive effect on consumer engagement and electronic word of mouth, consumer engagement had a positive effect on electronic word of mouth and consumer engagement played a role in mediating the influence of social media marketing on electronic word of mouth.

The Indonesian government has passed Law 11 of 2020 on Job Creation to improve the investment ecosystem. The changes include the making of a deed of transfer of land rights, which has been made on the condition that the parties must appear before the Notary as land deed officials in person, to be made in electronic form. This step is not accompanied by an amendment to Article 5 paragraph 4 letter (b) of Law 11 of 2008 concerning ITE, which still determines that the provisions regarding ITE do not apply to letters and documents which according to the Law must be made in the form of notarial deeds or deeds made by PPAT. This research is conducted to provide legal solutions from the point of view of Legal Theory on the conflict between the 2 norms. This research is normative legal research. The results of this study indicate that based on the principle of Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generali, the Job Creation Law must be applied over the ITE Law as far as how to make PPAT deeds made electronically are valid legal evidence if the making of electronic notarial deeds is carried out in accordance with applicable provisions.

The purpose of this study aims to describe the strategies used by school principals and educators in group planning, learning management and effective assessment during the pandemic and post-Covid-19 pandemic at the age of 5 to 6 years were applied at TK Al Azhar 037 Banjarbaru and TKIT Robbani Banjarbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multisite method. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data processed are from reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study is that educator empowerment strategy was carried out through the involvement of educators in planning, managing, fun-enjoyed, safety and student-friendly learning, and conducting effective assessments. The facility and infrastructure empowerment strategy is carried out through planning, task sharing and setting priority so that the used of media, facilities and infrastructure can be optimally and distributed. Strategies for parent empowerment through parent involvement in parenting, parent-community, and administration of Early Development Screening (DDTK).

In the Greek literature there is a debate on the development, management, organization and effectiveness of the school units and which is the role of the school principals in these processes. Two concepts in Greece have been involved in this debate in the last decades related to the above-mentioned functions of school development: evaluation and training. The goal of this research was to investigate the views of the principals of school units in the prefecture of Rethymno (Crete, Greece) regarding their training needs and the role of these training during their in-service administrative selection process. 53 primary and secondary education school principals of Rethymnon prefecture participated in this survey. The questionnaire was used as a research tool for data collection. The research highlighted the needs and characteristics of their training and that their training should be taken into account in their in-service selection process.

Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to build a digital-based marketing system in order to increase the marketing reach of the MSME Fashion Patchwork application. This research used an interview and observation approach. The purpose of this research is to build a digital-based fashion marketing information system so that it can process transactions smoothly without any problems, can be trusted for accuracy and minimize errors.

Huta Tinggi Tourism Village is located in Pangulang District, Samosir District, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach that employs a community-based research model that leverages community engagement to provide support, resources, and participation in the research process to produce research outcomes that benefit them. increase. The problem under study has two formulations: (1) How does Huta Tinggi Tourism Village Institute realize the application of Community Based Tourism (CBT) concept in managing sustainable tourist attractions? (2) In managing sustainable tourism destinations What are the roles of relevant stakeholders? Data sources for this study are primary and secondary data using observational, interview, documentation, and FGD (focus group discussion) data collection techniques. Data analysis uses data collection, data summation, data presentation, and inference phases. Research shows that the concept of CBT involves all stakeholders in the tourism industry, but needs to be further developed. The relevant stakeholders involved in managing destinations consist of community groups, governments and those responsible for creating sustainable management of destinations. There are still many problems to be solved, especially in environment and water management.

Mathematics is an essential subject for students with learning disabilities in order to meet their special educational needs. This subject emphasizes numerical skills and skills in operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This allows them to manage their money and time and know how to do the measurement so that they can apply their mathematical skills in various contexts. However, many students with learning disabilities face a variety of difficulties when learning mathematics, particularly when it comes to multiplication operations. Hence, this study aims to investigate the use of the cross-line method in helping pupils with learning disabilities improve their ability to solve multiplication operation questions. This is a qualitative case study designed for five pupils with learning disabilities, aided by a special education teacher. The study was conducted in Chinese vernacular schools located in Kinta Utara, Perak. The study used document analysis and interviews for data collection. Overall, the findings of the study showed that the pupils with learning disabilities faced three basic problems in multiplication. The problems consist of their understanding of the concept of multiplication, memorizing multiplication facts, and using ineffective techniques in solving multiplication operation questions. The Cross-Line method was used to assist students with learning disabilities in improving their basic multiplication skills. In addition, the findings of the study also showed that the use of the Cross-Line method was able to improve the positive behaviors among the pupils while studying multiplication topics in the classroom. The Cross-Line Method was also able to help the pupils with learning disabilities master multiplication skills with ease. In conclusion, the study shows that the use of the Cross-Line method will be able to help pupils with learning disabilities master basic multiplication, and it can be used as an alternative method for mathematics teachers to teach the topic of multiplication operations more effectively to the pupils with learning disabilities.

This study aims to establish a model for integrating scientific inquiry and religious practice at Islamic religious universities such as UIN Alauddin Makassar. This study is an example of a descriptive type of field research using qualitative research tools. A factual and methodical summary of occurrences and events about a phenomenons elements, properties, and interactions is provided by qualitative research. This researchs findings indicate that the integration model used at UIN Alauddin Makassar is an interconnection integration model. Specifically, this model involves the integration of religion and general sciences via the idea of religious values. Students are expected to understand religious principles, wisdom and nature passages, and wise eloquence scriptures. Integration of scientific principles can also be seen in education and classroom instruction. This research recommendation is the need for all components of UIN Alauddin Makassar to refer to the guidelines for scientific integration so that it is more implemented, practical, straightforward, and firmly follows what is stated in the tri dharma of higher education. In addition, it is also necessary to organize human resources professionals and position descriptions according to the field of expertise in realizing the success of scientific integration.

Along with the development of technology, social media, and mass media, we hear news reports about violent incidents against adolescents. Types of violence diversify into influence the development of the personal characteristics of the individual. This study aimed to identify the personality traits of the battered adolescent girls. Identify the battered adolescent girls, they were surveyed using the questionnaire list of females battered. Findings showed that (222) female adolescent were subjected to violence. (21.6%) of them were subjected to high. Goldburgs Big Five Personality Trait Test was used. The results shwed that the most important traits they had were the agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness on experience and, finally, neuroticism. There were difference in the trait of neurocism due to the violence degree variable and in due to encountered a high degree of violence. There were also differences in the extraversion and openness on experience due to grade due to ninth.

There have been many research and studies conducted in order to find out the business intention of a start-up business, including possible factors that can influence the decision in doing business. Nowadays, most of higher education institutions, not only business schools but also other higher institution, promote entrepreneurship as a compulsory course in order to encourage students to start their business. Students, as a start-up business group, become objects of the study regarding start-up business and variable concerned. They serve as a factor that need to be carefully included in designing appropriate business-based learning curriculum. Accordingly, this study aims to find out whether family business and demography of students significantly affect their business intention. This study used qualitative approach and two-ways Anova to test the determinants. The results showed that both determinants, demographic factors (rural and urban) and family business background do not significantly affect the business intention of students in starting up their business.

XYZ Hospital is a hospital that provides health services and provides pharmaceutical services. According to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.129 of 2008 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Hospitals, the waiting time for ready-made drug is = 30 minutes and the waiting time for concoction drug is = 60 minutes. However, in 2019 and 2020 XYZ Hospital has not been able to achieve it, so it is necessary to evaluate the business processes of outpatient pharmacy services. This study aims to identify and evaluate business process gaps in outpatient pharmacy services. This research was conducted for 3 months, from July 2022 to September 2022 by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data using qualitative methods by doing data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification.

Thus, the language knowledge and skills necessary for the language to realize itself in speech activity are called language competence. It is possible to call language competence the ability of a language user to both express himself herself and understand the other party correctly while using the language. It is an accepted reality that language is universal, that is, it is related to the expressive ability of a person, related to thought, words and gestures, attitude and hidden beliefs, cultural creation. On the other hand, language is a cultural object that is related to specific or historical conditions, in other words, it is built in conditions of participation and cooperation with all individuals of society.

Indonesias Economic growth and investment increase in 2021 need to be maintained by the Government by mitigating tax avoidance activities. This study aims to examine differences in the level of tax avoidance between business sectors. The sample in this study uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021, consisting of 514 companies. Kruskal Wallis analysis and the Wilcoxon rank-sum (MannWhitney) test were used to testing the hypotheses. The results show that the mining sector differs significantly from all other sectors. This result implies that government policy changes in mitigating tax avoidance activities for the mining sector can be applied specifically to that sector. Meanwhile, the Government must be more careful in making policy changes for other sectors because it will affect several sectors simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the results of expert validation and the level of effectiveness of learning history using Canva-based adaptive electronic modules with the application of the ASSURE model in collaboration with learning technology. This research is classified as research and development, in which pre-test and post-test were carried out to 36 students of the tenth grade to be able to find out the level of effectiveness of the product being developed. Data analysis techniques used involved paired statistics, paired correlation, paired sample t-test and normality test. Based on the T-test in the small group test, it is known that the t test value was 25.31 (df = 8) and the t test value in the large group was 58.14 (df = 35) with a significance value of 0.00. The significance value was smaller than the 5% confidence level threshold value (0.00 <0.05) so it can be concluded that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the small and large group tests. Based on the results of learning using Canva-based adaptive e-modules, it can be used as a learning resource for students. This is evidenced by an increase in learning outcomes in small groups with an effectiveness value of 0.98 with high effectiveness qualifications and the results of large group trials with an effectiveness value of 0.97 with high effectiveness qualifications. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes after using Canva-based adaptive e-modules as a source of learning.

In Indonesia, protection for victims of sexual violence against children is inadequate, because the sanctions regulations are not oriented towards protecting victims. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find regulations on criminal sanctions in cases of sexual crimes against children in Indonesia that have not been based on justice for victims, to analyze and find weaknesses in criminal sanctions regulations in cases of sexual crimes against children in the perspective of victim protection in Indonesia. This type of research is normative juridical, and to solve research problems secondary data is used which is obtained by conducting literature studies. The results of the study were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that criminal sanctions in cases of sexual crimes against children in Indonesia have not been based on justice, because criminal sanctions that can be imposed are only imprisonment and fines where if a fine is paid, the money goes into the state treasury which results in the recovery of children in victims of violence psychologically and materially are not assisted in the payment of the fine. There is no regulation regarding the amount of restitution that must be given to victims of sexual violence and is still limited to the realm of prosecution of perpetrators of sexual violence against children, not preventive efforts.

This is due to the fact that people who have been excluded have continued to worry over President Muhammadu Buhari s previous nominations. It is an established fact that good governance is characterized by transparency, responsiveness, participation, the rule of law, equity, and accountability. Its fundamental beliefs consist of accommodating and tolerating the various viewpoints of political opponents through intentional inclusion in the political affairs of ones country. Since the inception of democratic dispensation in 1999, governance in Nigeria has always been based on politics of exclusion, both in terms of the opinions of individuals whose contributions are necessary for the development of the country and in terms of the political appointments of individuals from specific areas sections. These leaders who have attained State authority, control State resources and begin to decide who gets what, when, and how in the political system with little or no regard for the countrys overall cohesion and progress. The data in this study were analyzed using a qualitative, descriptive technique. Using elite theory, the paper discovered that unless our leaders eschew ethnic, religious, and partisan politics in governance, the clamour for disintegration and crises caused by these ethnic groups will continue to incite unnecessary distractions that will lead to disunity and underdevelopment in Nigeria. .

This study aims to analyze regulations related to the formulation of regulations on the application of criminal sanctions against elderly perpetrators, which at this time it is still possible to be sentenced to imprisonment which causes injustice to elderly people. So, it needs fair law enforcement. This study uses the constructivism paradigm, the type of research in the form of doctrinal law, and a juridical -normative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained by conducting literature studies on various regulations and books, research results and various journals. The data obtained was then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are that criminal sanctions against elderly perpetrators (elderly) are still considered not fulfilling the principle of justice because the elderly factor as a judges consideration in sentencing must look at Indonesias positive legal arrangements, namely the Criminal Code. For now, the Criminal Code does not specifically regulate the factor of old age as a judges consideration in sentencing. Thus, for criminal cases involving the defendant who is an elderly person, in applying positive law, the judge must look at the values and sense of justice that grow in society. The values here are related to social values that exist in society, namely, what is desired that influences social behavior and has a functional power in the development of life that has been going on for a long time in the habits of behavior in everyday life, while the sense of justice that grows in society reflects the form of the balance of social values in society in law. Weaknesses related to regulatory arrangements for the application of criminal sanctions against elderly offenders (elderly) at this time since the Criminal Code still adheres to a retributive system and the Restorative System has not yet been regulated. Justice in the Criminal Code Against Elderly Actors. This research was conducted to explain how communication barriers during online learning for teachers, students and parents of grade 3 students at Teluk Pucung State Elementary School in North Bekasi. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach using phenomenological methods. The subjects or informants selected in this study were grade 3 teachers, grade 3 students and parents of grade 3 students. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that there were communication barriers in the online learning process that took place yesterday, such as: teachers, students and parents experienced technical obstacles. Students and parents experience semantic barriers when the teacher delivers the material in a high tone voice because the teacher anticipates if his voice is not heard when delivering the material but the student thinks that the teacher is angry. Students and parents experience behavioral barriers or humanitarian barriers such as students feeling bored and saturated quickly and students showing lazy behavior attitudes during online learning, Parents of students are easily angry with their children if they are explaining or accompanying their children to do online learning. The three communication barriers that occurred in grade 3 of SDN I Teluk Pucung North Bekasi during online learning took place yesterday.

The level of scientific literacy among students in Indonesia is still low. Teachers have attempted to improve it through the use of different teaching models, a variety of resources and technology, and incorporating a scientific approach in the learning process. Mobile-based interactive multimedia can be used as an alternative learning resource to improve students scientific literacy. This study aims to explore about about the potential of using mobile-based multimedia interactive to improve scientific literacy. This study employs a qualitative research with the survey as the data collection method. The population in this study were all high school students in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. Meanwhile, the research sample are 10th grade students of SMA 1 Pengasih with a total number of 108 students who were selected randomly. The questionnaires distribution process was conducted online with using Google Forms after the researcher demonstrate various types of media that can be used for learning activities. The results of this study showed that the use of mobile-based interactive multimedia in learning has a great opportunity to be able to increase students scientific literacy because in addition to high student interest, there are also many benefits that will be obtained by students, especially to make it easier for students to understand learning material

Introduction. Contextual factors like the therapeutic relationship (TR) are shown influence patient outcomes, sometimes more so than specific physical therapy interventions when treating musculoskeletal (MSK) pain. However, physical therapists are often unaware or lack the skills to develop a TR. This lack of competence appears partly from inadequate entry-level education training. Considering that teacher beliefs play a substantial role in what and how content is taught, having an awareness of these beliefs may provide a deeper understanding of this problem. Fourteen MSK faculty from different physical therapy programs with varying levels of teaching and clinical experience. This basic qualitative design explored physical therapy MSK facultys beliefs regarding TR using semi-structured interviews. Inductive thematic analysis focused codes and categories into themes. Emergent themes helped answer the studys research questions. Participants perceptions of the TR were more detailed than others, but all fell within the confines of the conceptual framework. All believed that therapists needed to be intentional in developing a TR and should be considered a top priority when treating patients with MSK pain. All participants integrated the TR into the MSK curriculum at varying levels. Participants understanding of pain science and the perceived importance of contextual factors like the TR led to an evolution in their curriculum. Participants reported decreasing the emphasis on specific factors while increasing the emphasis on the TR. Participants reported replacing specific factor content with teaching activities for the TR. These changes appear to be an appropriate response to what the evidence suggests about the TR s impact on MSK pain. However, it is uncertain whether these changes are mainstream or sufficient to improve physical therapists abilities in this domain.

This study aims to produce a valid, practical and effective excretory system biology module to improve students competence and critical thinking skills. The type of research carried out is development research (R&D) with the Plomp design which consists of 3 stages, namely preliminary research, prototyping and assessment phase. The module validation uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the validation of the PBL-based module are categorized as very valid. The next stage will be the practicality and effectiveness assessment. The results of the practicality assessment by teachers and students showed that the module was very practical to use. the effectiveness of problem-based learning modules using test instruments and observation sheets. The results showed that the module effectively improve the competence and critical thinking skills of students which can be seen from the significant difference in learning outcomes of competence and critical thinking skills between students in the experimental class with the control class. Based on the results of data analysis, the PBL-based module on the developed excretion system material can be declared valid, practical and effective.

The verdict is still rarely known by the people of Indonesia. The question in society is why judges do not add punishment to perpetrators of criminal acts who have been proven valid and guilty of committing crimes. The implementation of zero sentences is still a problem in law enforcement in Indonesia. The reason is because, a zero sentence is not included in the type of punishment mentioned in Article 10 of the Criminal Code. The research method used is normative juridical which is carried out by studying, viewing and examining legal regulations such as the Criminal Code and Circular Letter Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Enforcement of the Formulation of the Results of the 2022 Supreme Court Chamber Plenary Meeting. The results of the study show that the application of the Zero Sentence in Indonesia certainly creates problems, namely two different opinions, if the defendant has been sentenced to a maximum prison sentence of 20 years, so if there are other cases a Zero Verdict is required, especially since there is SEMA No. 1 of 2022.

The major objective of the present study was to identify the contributory factors of truancy among higher education students at the university of Namibia. Besides that, it was aimed at gaining a comprehensive understanding of the truancy reduction program which the university may adopt to help lessen the situation. A broader view of attendance issues in higher institutions is becoming more prevalent in literature. Also, the rise of higher institutions of learning has been accompanied by a sharp increase in the journey to source for approaches of enhancing class attendance amongst university students. The sample comprised 48 full-time students from the faculty of Education and Human Sciences aged between 17 to 60 years old from the University of Namibia’s Rundu campus. Data was collected using the open-ended online survey questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of two sections, one on respondents demographic data and the other on higher education students class attendance. A pilot study had been conducted to validate the instrument. Respondents were sent the link via the WhatsApp platform for them to respond to. Responses were monitored by the corresponding author using google docs. Data were analysed thematically. Results demonstrate that truancy among university students is significantly influenced by students, lecturers, and the university and a thorough grasp of the truancy reduction programme that institutions may use to help reduce truancy should be imposed.

This study aimed to determine the extent of parents involvement, level of students attitude, and achievement in Mathematics in the new normal of Grade 9 students of Manapla National High School during the School Year 2021-2022. Utilizing correlational research design, which used the modified questionnaires administered to the 50 Grade 9 students. The study’s findings show that the level of the extent of the parents involvement is moderate, while the level of attitude of the students towards Mathematics is average. Meanwhile, the student’s level of achievement in Mathematics is poor. There was a significant relationship between the extent of parents involvement and the level of attitude of the students towards Mathematics. However, the parents involvement and the students level of achievement in Mathematics have no significant relationship. Similarly, there is no significant relationship between the students attitude toward Mathematics and their level of achievement in Mathematics. In line with this, it was inferred that a related study should also be conducted in another group of students in the same school and other schools in other cities and municipalities to confirm or deny the findings of the recent study utilizing other variables not included in the present study

Good teaching materials in learning need to include facts and phenomena. In addition, it provides opportunities for students to carry out research activities to practice creative thinking skills. The study aims to describe the validity of e-modules that can enhance students creative thinking skills through utilizing the environment as a learning resource based on Riaus local wisdom to maintain the sustainability of the ecosystem through student research activities. This study uses a development model with research and development (R&D) methods which refer to the 4D development model. The research instrument used in this study is an e-module validation sheet for education expert lecturers and material expert lecturers to be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively from the aspects of content feasibility, presentation feasibility, and linguistic feasibility. Based on the validation carried out, the average validity score of all aspects was 89,74% with very valid criteria. The validity score includes aspects of content feasibility of 90,71% with a very valid category, 89,17% presentation feasibility with a very valid category and linguistic feasibility of 89,35% with a very valid category. These results indicate that the developed e-module is suitable for use in learning biology on environmental pollution materials. Based on the student response questionnaire, the overall e-module eligibility category was 94%. The presentation feasibility aspect was 94,28%, language feasibility was 92%, and content feasibility was 93,34%, each with a very positive category. This means that e-modules that have been developed can support students to think creatively

This study aims to improve the observation texts writing ability of grade VII-1 students at SMP Negeri 15 Ambon using the problem-based learning model. The research data form observation texts writing ability test results in each cycle. The research subjects were students of seven grade students at SMP Negeri 14 Negeri 15 Ambon totaling 20 students. The final score of each student is obtained from the acquisition score divided by the total score then multiplied by the ideal score (100). The final score is then converted according to the specified criteria. The results showed that there was an increase in observation texts writing ability of grade VII-1 students at SMP Negeri 15 Ambon using the PBLlearning model. This can be seen from the number of students who achieved the minimum completeness criteria (in Indonesia = KKM) in the first cycle namely 7 students (35%) to 15 students (75%) in the second cycle.

The principle of cultured divinity is a commitment to maintain and respect various religious beliefs that exist in Indonesia. The values that are carried out in the principle of divinity that are cultured have vertical and horizontal dimensions. The vertical value concerns the Indonesian peoples belief in God, and the horizontal value concerns peace in living together despite differences. In practice, the Indonesian nation is still in the process of creating harmony between people of different religions, because in Indonesia there are still frequent acts of intolerance and violence in the name of religion. This study aims to formulate Sukarnos thoughts about divinity with a culture, and his contribution to the development of religion in Indonesia.This research is a literature study with a factual historical research model. The results of this study indicate that a cultured divinity is a way of implementing an understanding of the one and only God in a pluralistic society. The moral virtues that need to be put forward are having noble character, being tolerant, respecting each other and eliminating religious egoism. One of the ways to cultivate tolerance and mutual respect is through education. The relevance of cultural divinity can broaden and deepen the study of Pancasila ethics by developing an ethics of interaction, which invites people to think critically, be actively involved in solving concrete problems in society such as the problem of intolerance.

Domestic violence is a problem that often occurs in Indonesia. One law that regulates domestic violence is Law Number 23, the Year 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT Law). Based on Article 44 paragraph (1) of the PKDRT Law, a person who commits physical violence against another person will be subject to a maximum imprisonment of 5 (five) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiahs); however, in verdict Number 90 Pid B 2016 PN Bir, the defendant was sentenced to a conditional criminal sentence in the form of imprisonment for one year and a fine of Rp. 2,000 but with a probationary period so that, at that time, the defendant was not imprisoned. This study aims to determine whether the conditional criminal sentence in decision number 90 Pid B 2016 PN Bir can provide justice for victims. This research uses normative research methods by analyzing the judge s decision associated with one of the objectives of the law, namely justice.It concludes that the conditional criminal decision in the case of domestic violence (verdict number 90 Pid B 2016 PN Bir) has not been able to realize legal justice for the victim. Because the convict has made a mistake, he should get an appropriate punishment as stipulated in the PKDRT Law. It will not realize justice for the victim since, in conditional punishment, the panel of judges did not set special conditions to guarantee the victim s recovery. In the end, the perpetrators of domestic violence do not get sanctions following their actions, and the victims also do not get justice for all the losses experienced as a result of domestic violence.

This research is conducted out of our concerns about the preservation of cultural heritage buildings in Indonesia. One of the triggers is the Decision of Sumedang Regent Concerning the Designation of Special Regency-Ranked Cultural Heritage of a house on Jalan Geusan Ulun, Regency City of Sumedang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The heirs of the house objected and filed a lawsuit to the State Administrative Court (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara) Bandung. They won the case and the judge decided that the decision of the Regent of Sumedang was invalidated. The result, however, indicates that there is a legal problem. On the one hand, the Law on Cultural Heritage dictates that the regional government must preserve, develop, and utilize cultural heritages. It also regulates that it is compulsory for every one who possesses and or controls cultural heritages to register them—free of charge—to the regency city government. Moreover, the law emphasizes that unregistered cultural heritages could be taken over by the regional government. On the other hand, one of the legal considerations of the judge was that there had been no socialization. The judge did not describe the elements of the articles referred to as the legal material. The judge pointed out that the defendants actions that eventually made a house an object of dispute contradicted the principles of austerity in the principles of good governance. This study endeavors to conduct an in-depth discussion to answer these questions: (1) Could the lawsuit of the plaintiffs be interpreted as a way to hinder the efforts to preserve cultural heritage and (2) Have the legal consideration and judges decision been oriented to the preservation of cultural heritage? This normative study uses secondary data—primary and secondary legal material. The primary legal material is analyzed by describing, systemizing, analyzing, and assessing the preservation of cultural heritage buildings using the theory of good-governance principles and the theory of preservation.

The aim of this research is to analyze and interpret the effect of career development, job demands and job resources on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable and knowledge sharing as a moderating variable at PT Pramana Artha Raharja. This study used a population of 100 employees who had worked at PT Pramana Artha Raharja. The saturated sample technique was used in the research so that the final sample size was 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SmartPLS version 3.0. The results in this study of the variables career development, job demands and job resources have no significant effect on job satisfaction, then the variables career development, job demands and job resources have no significant effect on employee performance while the variable job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Then the knowledge sharing variable has no effect on moderating the relationship between career development, job demands and job resources on employee performance

This study aims to obtain an overview of the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility in Teluk Bintuni Regency in the social, economic, agricultural and environmental fields. Measurement of CSR performance is carried out by examining the gap between the level of importance and the performance of CSR implementation, as well as the priorities needed for program sustainability. There were 40 beneficiaries as respondents, located in the villages of Onar Baru, Onar Lama, Saengga, Tanah Merah, Tofoi, Babo and Bintuni. Data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The findings show that the level of conformity between interests and performance is 67%, and from the 14 attributes of the assessment, there are 7 attributes of program management that must be prioritized, namely planning and implementing programs that are as expected, accompanied by clear monitoring and evaluation. The program must be in accordance with the objectives, provide opportunities for the community for community involvement to provide input and have an orientation to the satisfaction of the target community.

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the collaborative learning needs of students academic writing. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method. The research subjects were 70 students of the English language education study program, FKIP Khairun University. The research data was obtained through the distribution of needs analysis questionnaires and transcription of student interviews. Questionnaires were used to collect data on the types of student needs for the collaborative learning model of academic writing and interview guides were needed to collect interview data with students. The results of data analysis show that first, the academic writing learning model requires the active role of students in building cooperation during the teaching and learning process. This role is carried out during academic writing learning starting from planning writing, collaborative writing activities, to the writing results that will be presented. Second, the role of the lecturer only serves to provide guidance and make observations to detect possible problems as long as students work together. Through this role, the lecturer does not use an evaluative attitude but rather directs students to construct their understanding and writing skills. Third, the lecturer also plays a role in solving any problems that arise such as unbalanced group member participation, student refusal to group work, students who do not carry out group assignments, students unwillingness to become group leaders, different levels of student abilities in groups, absenteeism and cheating. The role of the lecturer is intended to improve the quality of student collaboration to produce quality learning outcomes.

This research study is quantitative research. Objectives: 1) to study the trend of purchasing behavior of facial creams Classified by demographics which includes gender, age, education level, income, and occupation. 2) To forecast the marketing mix factors (4Ps) that affect facial cream purchases of working-age consumers in Bangkok. Samples were collected from 400 working-age consumers in Bangkok. The statistics used to analyse the data were frequency, mean, and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that the trends in facial cream buying behavior of working-age consumers were related to the marketing mix (4Ps), consisting of product, price, and distribution channel. and marketing promotion All aspects are good. The results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that the marketing mix (4Ps) can jointly explain the trend of facial cream buying behavior of working-age consumers in Bangkok R2= 0.505 or 50.5% with statistical significance at the 0.000 level.

The spread of COVID-19 has caused fear and panic. Al-Quran and Hadith are the foundation of fundamental Islamic law, one of which describes disaster. Islam, as a comprehensive religion, has a tradition of maintaining physical cleanliness and mental purity and has some specific guidelines for dealing with situations and crises. This article examines the corona (covid-19) pandemic from an Islamic perspective. This type of research is qualitative, by studying documents/texts. Inductive content analysis was used to identify the main themes and areas of influence in the covered literature. Primary data in the form of verses of the Quran related to disasters, Hadith related to disasters, journals, and books. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit all corners of the world is a moment for self-introspection over all human mistakes. Islam and medical science have recommended the same precautions to mitigate the devastating effects of this pandemic. The COVID-19 disaster is a blessing for people who believe in Allah SWT and continue to strive by taking the necessary precautions, as taught in the Sharia. The contribution of this article is to provide knowledge about COVID-19 from a different perspective. Covid-19 is not only studied according to science but also religion.

Arbitration is quasi-judicial in nature and an arbitrator often referred to as a private judge is a person who adjudicates on disputes submitted to him or her by the parties.1According to Sir John Donaldson, arbitrators and judges are partners in business of dispensing justice, the judges in the public sector and the arbitrators in the private sector.2 Nowadays, arbitration is an emerging trend and the popularity of such a system can be attributed to many advantages it offers compared to litigation. The main fundamental features of arbitration among many others are flexibility, confidentiality, impartiality, neutrality and party autonomy.

Fuzz food is desperately needed in food defense during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The problem that arises is: how do the people of Manado perceive fuzz food? The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method through a gastronomic linguistic approach. The naming theory (Palmer, 1976), the basic linguistic theory (1994), and the theory of meaning are used to answer this problem. The results of the study are the lingual form of fuzz food according to the perceptions of the people of Manado in the form of words, phrases, and clauses. The word consists of several names, namely Batman, Eveready, Tinutuan, and Bobengka. The phrase consists of several names, namely Kukis Harijadi Rina, Tinutuan dregs ba, Tinutuan dregs ba, Pangi Ikang, and Rica Rodo. The clause consists of stuffed pork in feathers and sweet potato gravy with bamboo shoots. Kluasa is known by several names, including Woku belanga, Asang sauce with bamboo shoots and sweet potato, and Pangi Ikang in Bulu.The meaning of fuzzy food and its denotative and connotative meanings The connotative meaning is Evelyn and Batman.

The purpose of this study was to describe the theoretical and empirical feasibility of a test instrument based on integrated critical thinking skills of Javanese local food culture in the Islamic context. This research is a development research with the ADDIE development model. This type of research is descriptive to get the quality of instruments that are valid and reliable theoretically and empirically as a measuring tool for students critical thinking skills. Data collection uses validation instruments to analyze products carried out by expert validators as data on theoretical validity and reliability. Limited trial data were analyze using the Rasch model as empirical validity and reliability data. The results of the study stated that all the items developed as test instrument products belonged to the theoretically and empirically valid and reliable categories. This result implies that the integrated test instrument for the meaning of Javanese culture in the Islamic context can be used in learning activities to measure students critical thinking skills.

This study examines the use of moderation-based education to empower students, which is important in the face of radicalism in a multicultural and pluralistic society. Radicalism can change the spirit of kinship and togetherness into dangerous conflicts that threaten social cohesion. This ideology continues to spread into religious institutions, such as universities. According to studies, radicalism experiences transmission into the religious ideology of students through online media, hence many are exposed to extreme-exclusive perspectives. Therefore, this descriptive-qualitative study focuses on the use of religious moderation education, to optimize students ability as well as their relationship using counteract radicalism. Data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with of the sample size of students determined using the snowball sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using using the domain analysis technique. The results showed that moderation is a required religious model needed to answer the spread of radicalism among students. Therefore, it is necessary to empower students by optimizing their capacities hence they have the ability to counteract radicalism.

This study seeks to uncover the structure of the practice of deradicalization of pesantren education carried out by Rabithah Maahid Islamiyyah (RMI) in Indonesia. This study is critical because Indonesias increasing radicalism encourages several institutions intensification of deradicalization. RMI is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), one of Indonesias largest community organizations, with interest in eliminating radicalism. This research is field research with a qualitative approach and uses data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. The researchers analyzed the data using the structuration theory of Anthony Giddens. The practice of pesantren education deradicalization of RMI was constructed by three structures, namely the significance of the basic principles of RMI and the pesantren principles established by NU, dominance in the form of political and cultural facilities, and legitimacy in the form of norms and sanctions based on the basic principles of RMI and the tenets of Pesantren established by Nahdlatul Ulama.

This study aims to strengthen students on the material of the Covid-19 Emergency Response Village for Education Literacy in the community of Nanga Mahap Village. The sub-objectives of this study are (1) Material on the Covid-19 virus spread system for the people of Nanga Mahap Village, (2) Implementation of teachers in explaining the material, (3) Strengthening students to the material of the Covid-19 Emergency Response Village for Education Literacy. This study used a descriptive method. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data is collected by direct observation, direct communication, and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed: (1) The people of Nanga Mahap Village referred to the rice abstinence activity as beuma/beume. This Abstinence tradition is traditional with a system of slashing and burning and then planting rice. (2) Implementation of teachers in delivering material using lectures and assignments. The assignment was in the form of students conducting simple research on the system of spreading the Covid-19 virus around their environment and inviting students to construct with their respective awareness. (3) strengthening the material of the Covid19 Emergency Response Village for Education Literacy in the form of students understanding of the material is quite good, which shows the active involvement of students in learning. This material makes students think contextually between the system of spreading the Covid-19 virus.

The emergence of Covid-19 and the occurrence of a pandemic caused the rapid development of MSMEs to experience a decline, so that it had a direct impact on the economic income of MSME. The government provides MSME assistance through the National Economic Recovery Program Policy based on Government Regulation No 43 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation No 23 of 2020 concerning Implementation of the PEN Program. Field facts noted that from 2019 to 2020 business development in the micro category in Bandar Lampung City has decreased by 3,404. This study uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. Data collection is done by literature study and field study. Data processing includes data selection, data qualification, data compilation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the City Government of Bandar Lampungs policy in generating Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through PEN has been running optimally. It can be seen that the increase in businesses in the micro category reached 2,502, namely with the policy of providing facilities in terms of licensing, providing facilities to obtain capital assistance for Micro Business Productive Assistance, providing market access and marketing advice during a pandemic.

The study provided an overview of the various effects of multiculturalism on society’s tolerance to accept others different than themselves. This phenomenon is increasing due to geopolitical factors and changes in immigration, which have created more multicultural, super diverse, and convivial societies. It explored the effects of immigration on individual tolerance. Aiming for a global input, data was collected from 44 countries. Participants (N = 601), both female and male immigrants and nonimmigrants, completed a 52-item religious tolerance survey. Although tolerance has been defined in several ways and measured dissimilarly, this study focused on three aspects of tolerance: factor 1: Tolerance involves ethical behavior that must ensure respect and coexistence and emphasizes living differently and yet peacefully with others; factor 2: Tolerance involves reasonable arguments and free discussions that lead to the truth and factor 3: Tolerance implies a spectrum of behavior that leads to the acceptance of differences and respects the freedom of others choices. A t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to test gender differences on the three factors of tolerance. Females were shown to be significantly more tolerant than males.

Context: The push for autonomy and liberalization has transformed the practice of medicine and dentistry from paternalism to a patient cantered model. Patients choice to accept or reject the proposed treatment is central to this new paradigm of health care. Informed consent is an essential tool for an ethical dental practice. Aim: The objective of the present study was to explore the knowledge, attitudes, perceptions and prevailing practices among dentists regarding the informed consent process. Materials and methods: A phenomenological approach was undertaken. A semi structured telephonic interview was conducted based on a flexible topic guide and continued until data saturation. Statistical analysis: The data was transcribed verbatim. Coding and categorisation done. Anonymity was ensured in all steps. The data was subjected to a thematic analysis. Results: Participants were apprehensive about the influence of social media on the new paradigm of doctor patient relationship and the increasing utility of specialists as a protection from litigation. Lack of clarity regarding the consent method has prevented its routine application. Conclusions: It can be concluded that a comprehensive understanding regarding informed consent process was lacking among the participants

The development of science and technology is very fast and increasingly sophisticated, so schools as educational institutions are required to train critical thinking skills which are one of the skills demanded in 21st century learning. However, the facts found in schools are that the level of students critical thinking skills is still relatively low. . One of the media that is effectively used to overcome problems related to low critical thinking skills is the E-module. E-module is a form of presenting self-learning material in electronic format which is arranged systematically into the smallest learning units which include animation, audi o, video and navigation so that users are more interactive in learning. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research using the Plomp Model. The object of this research is a biology E-module based on a scientific approach to biodiversity material to improve the critical thinking skills of class X high school students. The subjects of this study were three lecturers from the Department of Biology, FMIPA UNP, and one teacher at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir as validators for the use of the biology learning E-module. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the overall value of the validity results for the development of a biological E-module based on a scientific approach is in the valid category, meaning that the E-module is feasible to be tested in schools.

After having been a part of the Russian empire, it became the Soviet Republic and severed relations with Russia in order to become more Westernized. The nation has been struggling with corruption and internal strife since it gained independence. Some parts of the nation, particularly in the west, seek closer ties to the West, while others, particularly in the east, want closer ties to Russia. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych sparked the crisis by rejecting an EU association deal in favour of tighter relations with Moscow. In what has become known as the Revolution of Dignity, protestors toppled him. Russias response was to invade the Crimean Peninsula and support a separatist uprising in eastern Ukraine. Donbas, the countrys industrial core, was invaded shortly afterwards (Siddiqui, 2022). There were more than 14,000 fatalities in the fighting between Ukrainian troops and rebels supported by Russia. Russia has refuted accusations made by Ukraine and the West that it has sent soldiers to the region and supplied weaponry to the rebels. Russia, meanwhile, has been critical of the United States and NATO for its support to Ukraine in the form of arms and joint military training. Even though Ukraine is not a member of NATO, President Putin is nonetheless concerned about certain NATO states establishing military training camps in Ukraine. The information used in this study was gathered from secondary sources. Two primary conclusions may be drawn from this study. Two major factors contributed to the tragic loss of life and damage of property on both sides of the war: first, Russia does not completely recognise Ukraines independence as a sovereign nation, and second, superpower nations are playing politics with the situation. According to the studys findings and recommendations, Ukraines neighbours must acknowledge the countrys status as an independent state, and the worlds superpowers and other global communities must express concern for and make a significant commitment to ending the war between the nations (Jibrin Ubale Yahaya, 2022).

The process of learning Bioethics does not use specific teaching materials and adapts to the models and methods suggested in the lesson plans. Teaching materials that can support learning Bioethics are electronic modules. The purpose of this study was to produce a case-based learning electronic module of Bioethics for students of the Biology Department, Universitas Negeri Padang that is valid and practical. This research is a development research using the Plomp model which consists of initial investigation, development and assessment. The instruments used were validity assessment sheets and practicality assessment sheets by lecturers and students. The results showed that learning using the electronic module Bioethics based on case-based learning on the validators assessment with a value of 94.29% was very valid criteria. The results of the practicality assessment by the lecturer showed a value of 93.37% with very practical criteria and the results of the practicality test by students showed a value of 78.98% with practical criteria.

This study focused on the effect of parent-teacher partnership in improving students numeracy skills in Grade 7 in Calatrava National High School- Malanog Annex. The participants of this study are the two sections of Grade in Calatrava National High School-Malanog Annex. The participants are selected using purposive sampling. In this sampling method, only the underachievers are chosen as participants. One section was assigned to the experimental group, and the other was to the control group. The students numerical grades in the 2nd and 3rd quarters served as the basis for their numeracy skills; students were given four written compositions created by the researcher and four performance challenges. The instrument used in data-gathering underwent validity testing. Three experts in the field of Mathematics were asked to evaluate the content of the researcher-constructed written works and performance tasks. They rated it using the criteria of Good and Scates. The statistical tools used for the data treatment are mean, and an independent sample t-test was used. The findings revealed that the level of numeracy skills before and after the control group and experimental group is interpreted as average (80-84). Results also show no significant difference between the level of numeracy skills of the control and experimental group before the intervention. After the intervention, the control groups level of numeracy abilities significantly differed from that of the experimental group. This shows that the parent-teacher intervention relationship enhances students numeracy abilities.

Each leadership style has its advantages and disadvantages. Finding the right leadership style for one certain company is art in itself. But it must be said that the impact of a certain leadership style has different impacts on different individs. This is the purpose of the study to highlight the impact of leadership style on employee performance. But if we include as a variable the industry or sector where a certain company operates, then the impact that a certain leadership style has on a sector changes. The purpose of the study is to identify the leadership style in the catering sector and how this leadership style affects the performance of employees.

Claims about the truth are often still based on each persons point of view. Thus, the question arises what makes a belief true? Belief (belief) is an attitude towards a certain statement, as a relationship between the subject and the prepoisisi. There are several types of beliefs, (1) Dispositional belief, which is a preposition that we can but not accept or consider, (2) occurent belief, an acceptance of that proposition. In this study, two patterns of belief were found, namely internalist and externalism. The two stand in dichotomously different spaces. The debate between the two in contemporary epistemology appears focused on adequate explanations of epistemic justification. Internalists can provide justification for danyas beliefs by corresponding to their perspectives and views. Contrary to that, Externalism allows at least some justification factor of a belief to be outside the cognitive perspective of the agent.

This article aims to discover the new educational paradigm regarding parental participation as an aspect of student assessment in the pandemic era, especially at SMPN 1 Krangeng, Indramayu, Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted all aspects of life, including the Islamic education system. Changes in the education system, especially in learning, are required to make changes so that students do not experience difficulties in the learning process. The Work from Home (WFH) policy, social and physical distancing, and the Teaching and Learning Activities process using an online system (online) have also enlivened the dynamics of Islamic Religious education. This article examines the learning conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic and the education challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially at SMPN 1 Krangeng, Indramayu, Indonesia. This research is phenomenological research, with descriptive-analytical. The results and conclusions in this writing show that learning changes during the Covid-19 pandemic are very much needed and are a solution in education, especially in junior high schools. Technology is a medium for interacting between educators (teachers) and students in implementing online learning. In addition, technology also plays a role in facilitating educators to convey learning material so that learning continues even though it is not carried out face-to-face (offline).

The religion of love is a term expressed by Ibn Arabi in a unity of ideas about the concept of Wahdatul Wujud. As a node that summarizes the overall ideas of Ibn Arabi about love and religion, it certainly does not just arise from empty space. There is the influence of the spirit of the era that lies behind the presence of the idea. The presence of the term religion of love, expressed by Ibn Arabi, will not be separated from the influence of social and cultural backgrounds, the locus of the times in which Ibn Arabi lived and gave birth to his thoughts. This becomes an interesting problem to study, about how the concept of the religion of love arises, and how it influences the spirit of the times that surround it. Using the psycho-historical hermeneutics approach, this paper aims to examine the concept of the religion of love, and the influence of the spirit of the times that surround it. The results of the discussion show that the context of the age of Ibn Arabi gave a major influence on the birth of Ibn Arabis view of the religion of love, namely in the aspect: the city where Ibn Arabi was educated, and the teachers and people whom Ibn Arabi met along his intellectual and spiritual odyssey.

Some people criticize that the classic Fiqh literature mostly focuses on generating ruling to meet the requirements of individuals rather than the community. This drives the society toward individual sense and turns their attention towards the perfection of personal rituals. On the contrary, the ShariÑah generally aims at both the community and individuals, when it requests the application of SharÊÑah rulings and commands. Because the fundamental intent of Islamic law is to regulate the Muslim communitys affairs by achieving benefit to it and averting harm from it. Accordingly, an objective approach to the texts of SharÊÑah has given rebirth to the communal perspective since the ultimate objective of SharÊÑah is to preserve social function and order and perpetuate its well-being and integrity. Therefore, this article aims to scrutinize the social dimension of ShariÑah and how it vanished from Islamic scholarship, and chiefly how it was re-emerged with the rebirth of MaqÉsid al-ShariÑah in the twentieth century. Hence, the research has taken the example of the hifz al-aql to illustrate further this vital subject. Accordingly, this article follows the qualitative method of data collection and analysis. Consequently, the research anticipates that the social dimension of Islamic ShariÑah vanished, and the juristic realm’s focus was on individual and family matters. Thus, the contemporary scholarship in the field of MaqÉsid al-ShariÑah significantly brought changes and turned into the realm of community, where it has proposed new objectives concerned with society

Poor public services in Indonesia are not new. Many facts on the ground show the low level of public service delivery, such as the number of discrimination services, the absence of certainty of the cost and time of service, and the low level of public satisfaction with public services. Optimizing public services carried out by the government bureaucracy is not easy, and considering the renewal of various aspects entrenched in the circle of government bureaucracy in Indonesia. Among some of these aspects is the culture of bureaucracy that is not conducive that has long colored the mindset of bureaucrats since the colonial era. The procedures and ethics of service developed in the bureaucracy in Indonesia are very far from the values and practices that value the nations citizens as sovereign citizens.

Performance is a condition that must be known and confirmed by certain parties to determine the level of achievement of an agencys results related to the vision carried out by an organization or company and to know the positive and negative impacts of an operational policy. The purpose of this research is to analyze and interpret the effect of work life balance, subjective wellbeing, distributive justice and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The population in this study were 75 employees of PT Zaman Trans Indonesia using a saturated sample so that 75 employees were determined as the sample in the research and data analysis in this study used SmartPLS software. The results in this study explain that work life balance and self-efficacy have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior while subjective well-being and distributive justice do not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Variables work life balance subjective well-being, distributive justice, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a model for Iranian womens professional sports. This study adopted a qualitative approach with the grounded theory for data analysis. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. 14 sports managers and sports marketing experts in Iran, aged between 28 to 69, were interviewed. MAXQDA pro 12.3 software was used for the three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. 296 open codes and 49 general concepts were identified which were classified into 28 main categories. Finally, the findings were classified into 9 factors as the main categories in the selective coding. The research findings identified marketing hegemony in Iranian womens professional sports as a central phenomenon. It is necessary to note relevant causal, context, and intervening conditions when applying the proposed strategies of research, action and reaction between the mentioned factors. Additionally, the socio-cultural conditions of Iran and the existence of beliefs and ideas of the governments and religious leaders thoughts should be taken into account when applying the proposed model.

Master Hsing Yun founded Fo Guang Shan in 1965, dedicated to promoting Humanistic Buddhism. Master Hsing Yun is known for his simple and down-to-earth teachings, as well as his efforts to bring Buddhism to the masses through modern communication technology and community service initiatives. He has made significant contributions to the development and popularization of Humanistic Buddhism through his teachings, writings, and community service initiatives. Master Hsing Yun passed away on February 5, 2023 in Fo Guang Shan, Taiwan. He said in his last words, The best memory for me is to practice Humanistic Buddhism. I hope that everyone will be diligent in Humanistic Buddhism and establish a pure land on earth. Master Hsing Yun is the pioneering practitioner of contemporary Humanistic Buddhism. We must continue to uphold Master Hsing Yuns beliefs and promote Humanistic Buddhism.

This systematic review explores the problems and challenges encountered by physical education teachers in an online setting. It was identified that technological disparity caused teachers to feel burdened to carry out their teaching responsibilities. Moreover, migrating to an online setting brought out issues of their unpreparedness and lack of training on the use of ICT-related tools and applications. Space and facilities to perform physical activities were identified as an impediment in a physical education class.

Around the world illegal migration is occurring with undocumented socio-economic and political impacts and it yarns for concerted efforts at all levels to address it. Every immigrant is entitled to full protection as enshrined in several international legal instruments of universal significance. The aims of the systematic literature review were to interrogate the fundamental preventive strategies of illegal migration, share knowledge to spark and inspire processes that will usher rapid growth from all directions. A systematic review of the literatures using information collected from different sources was actuated. Google search engine and others were used to search for articles. Only peer-reviewed articles published after 2000 were selected except extracts of fundamental mileage. However, articles published by staunch international organizations working in the area for years and produced indefatigable knowledge were stealthily appraised. The study revealed that the preventive methods are numerous and encompass: border control intensification, financial support to impoverished families, stiff laws enactment and enforcement, youths empowerment, human trafficking criminalization, illegal immigrants employment criminalization, asylum system and granting refugee status procedures review, policy formulation and coordination; and promotion of research and development. In conclusion, the preventive strategies can be pooled and catalogued into social, economic, political; and legal strategies.

Pronunciation lessons have frequently been overlooked in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classes for a variety of reasons. As a result, many EFL students always struggle to communicate with confidence due to their bad pronunciation. The researcher carried out this study with a view to examining the impacts of using video dubbing in improving students pronunciation in EFL classrooms. This study was a classroom action research and employed 40 students (15 females and 25 males) at Luu Nhan Chu High School in Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen Province. After 4 sections in which students were required to dub 4 videos, the data were collected through pretest, posttest, and teachers observation. The research utilized both quantitative and qualititive approach to analyze the data. The results revealed that video dubbing really brought about the improvement in Luu Nhan Chu students pronunciation skill and they had positive attitude toward the implementation of video dubbing in teaching pronunciaton. This research gave awareness about the importance of English learning and facilitate students to improve their speaking, especially in pronunciation. It is hoped that other researchers can use this research as an additional reference to conduct further research in the same field, certainly with different materials and samples.

Purpose: The reference point of this research was the investigation of the structure of the Greek spa towns, the services offered, the perspective of their development in the light of the science of physical education. Method: The sample consisted of thirty-two spa towns from all over the Greek territory. A questionnaire was created which was sent to all the officially organized spa towns in Greece and was addressed to those responsible for the organization and operation of each spa town. Results: The data obtained from the answers to the questionnaires were processed with statistical analysis - SPSS program. It turned out that most spa towns in Greece operate on a five-month basis, have customers aged 50-70 years mainly and the visit to a spa town is for therapeutic purposes. There is no infrastructure to carry out sports activities, physical activities as well as leisure and leisure activities. The specialized staff is not always employed and planning is required to provide quality services to customers, and more and varied services to satisfy more types of customers and tourists. Conclusions: The science of physical education can play a particularly valuable role in the future development of Greek spa towns and rehabilitation centers. Bath therapy as a means of restoring and improving the quality of life can be a challenge for the science of physical education. Planning and appropriate actions are required to upgrade the services provided so that the spa towns can finally take their rightful place on the international stage.

Violence against women is a widespread phenomenon in Indonesia. It is a crime that disturbs many parties, especially women. Many parties fight for justice for women, especially victims, to get legal protection. Law Number 12 of 2022 gives legal protection concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence. Apart from the regulation on criminal acts of sexual violence, there is also legislation Number 13 of 2006, amended into law number 31 of 2014, concerning the rights of victims and witnesses. Legal protection is held as an instrument to minimize the crime of violence against women. The writing of this research aims to analyze legal protection regulations for women who are victims of sexual violence using the concept of radical feminism. This theory considers that the rule of Law is formed based on the views of men, so the current rule of Law is considered a product of patriarchy. This research uses normative legal research with library materials in its research. The results of this study reveal that preventive legal protection regulations are still limited in scope. Although the Indonesian state has established a law to protect women from sexual crimes and violence where the perspective comes from the victim, the Law is still limited in its application. There is still a great need for legislation products that prioritize the principles of radical feminist legal theory.

This research aims to examine Imam As-Syaranis perspective of the moral values contained in the book of Al Minah Al Saniyah. Imam As-Syaranis thoughts have their value in serving as a guide in inculcating moral education and character building. That becomes relevant when looking closely at the implementation of moral education, which only touches on cognitive aspects and has not yet touched on affective (inner) aspects. By touching the minds of students, moral education can shape human character with good morals. This type of research is qualitative with a literature review approach. The results of the study show that the book Al Minah Al Saniyah emphasizes the affective (inner) aspect of moral education, which includes morals to God, morals to fellow human beings, and morals to oneself. This thought can be used as a reference in instilling moral education and character education in order to form a complete human being in character.

This studys aim is to investigate how teachers adapt to technology-based learning, as well as their originality and creativity in post-online or face-to-face learning. Even though Covid-19 has begun to drop, it is still a threat, especially to elementary school students, as is well recognized. During a two-year period, online learning proved ineffective at improving the quality of studentss education. The two-year online education program prepares teachers to be proficient with information technology. This inquiry employed a mixed method, which refers to the use of both quantitative and qualitative research approaches in a single investigation. This technique is based on the assumption that integrating quantitative and qualitative data allows for a more comprehensive and synergistic use of the data than using them separately. The studys findings indicate that, from a policy aspect, the government has published Ministerial Circular No. 4 of 2020 Concerning the Implementation of Education Policies During the Emergency Period of the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). This circular letter encourages school administrators in Indonesia to implement and promote studentss autonomous study. Students in elementary school from low-income homes face the most difficulty with online learning. Infrastructure is the primary barrier to online education. Due to the cultural shock experienced by parents and students, teacher proficiency in implementing online learning is not yet ideal. The first-semester adaption strategy has yielded innovations in the shape of shows and communication ways with students that strengthen the learning process.

The recognition of the private economy as an integral part of the economy at the Sixth National Congress (1986) of the Communist Party of Vietnam stems from the practical needs of Vietnam before doi moi. From 1986 to 2001, the private sector in Vietnam has gradually affirmed its role and position in the socialist-oriented market economy and has made important contributions to national budget, increasing gross domestic product growth and job creation. There is a need for gender representation, equality, inclusion, and professional balance in the Early Childhood Education teaching profession just the way it is done in other professions. A mixed team in the provisions for young children has the potential to contribute to a new culture in childcare, with men and women dividing the tasks evenly between them. This is an important step towards equal opportunities for men and women, in which the future generation will also be involved. This study examined developing and sustaining a genderbalanced early childhood teaching profession. The explanatory sequential design of a mixedmethod approach was adopted for this study which involves the integration of quantitative and qualitative research approaches where the qualitative method is designed to further explain the quantitative results. In this study, the quantitative approach was explored more extensively than the qualitative one. The qualitative data was used in the subsequent interpretation for clarification of the results from the quantitative data analysis. In light of the findings from the study, it is recommended that the education workforce must challenge stereotypes and demonstrates gender equality opportunities for young children, and provides them with a more accurate reflection or example of the gender mix of their community. Training programmes, conferences, and school-toschool workshops will be organized by the researcher and other experts in the field of early childhood education to sensitize schools, educational recruiting firms, and institutions about the importance of developing and sustaining a gender-balanced early childhood teaching profession. Also, schools should encourage more participation of fathers in academic and non-academic activities so they can be more involved, and the children will in turn gain and experience substantial support.

The tourism potential of the Old Semarang City Area, a historic area, has a diversity of cultural heritage from the Dutch colonial community and buildings that are still standing firmly today, including the GPIB Immanuel Church ( Blenduk Church), Tawang Station, Berok Bridge, Marabunta Building, factory building. This area used to be the place where the Dutch, Chinese and other Europeans lived, whose main activities were traders. The tourism sector is one of the strategic and mainstay sectors of the City of Semarang as a driving force for the improvement of the peoples economy which contributes to regional original income. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the development policy of tourism objects in the Old Semarang City? (2) Factors that support and inhibit the policy of developing tourism objects in the Old Semarang City area? This study uses a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of developing tourism in the city of Semarang has been going well but not optimal, this is manifested in increasing the appreciation of traditional arts and culture to improve peoples welfare. (2) Supporting factors in the development of the Semarang Old Town area are the existence of a clear legal umbrella, namely Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2003 concerning RTBL of the Old City of Semarang, relationships between organizations that work well with each other and budgetary sources that support implementing the Semarang Old Town revitalization policy. Factors that become obstacles include social problems from the community around the Old Town of Semarang who refuse the revitalization process, as well as private building ownership, where the owner is still reluctant to cooperate with BPK2L to maintain the building. And the Inhibiting Factors in the management of the old City Area, the participation of the community accommodated in the BPK2L (Old City Area Management Agency) cannot be carried out properly because they do not receive government support in carrying out their duties.
